Horizontal steam distribution tank, manufactured in accordance with the Algerian regulations on steam pressure equipment (Executive Decree N° 90-246 of 18/08/1990). Made of black steel sheet with welds carried out by certified welders, it is surrounded by 80 mm thick rock wool and covered with an external protective cover, made of stainless steel sheet, in order to minimize heat loss. The calculations in relation to the parts under pressure, the choice of structural steel grades, welding procedures as well as various safety recommendations fall under the Construction Code for Steam Generators and the Algerian standard NA 16687 equivalent to the European standard EN 12 953. The fittings and controls comply with international standards.
