The MYRA type steam boilers are horizontal, three-run (03) single-piece steel smoke tube boilers with maximum efficiency. At each manufacturing stage, checks are carried out by our Quality Controllers; in addition, internal and external checks are carried out by an external inspection body (approved by the State), to which is added the hydraulic test to be approved by the DMI (Algerian equipment) in accordance with the regulations in force in Algeria (Executive Decree N°90-246 of 18/08/1990, regulating steam pressure vessels) and in accordance with the Algerian standard NA 19688, equivalent to the European standard EN 12953. Our steam boilers are subject to non-destructive testing (NDT) such as : Penetrant testing, Ultra-sound and Radiography by our Quality Controllers and/or by state-approved inspection bodies. Raw materials (sheets and tubes) and accessories (safety valves, valves, flaps, probes, level gauges, pressure switches, feed pumps, burners, etc.) used in the manufacture and equipment of our boilers are of impeccable quality and reliability. It should be noted that most of our suppliers are world leaders in their field. Options can be added to our boilers at the Customer’s request, such as : automatic sludge extraction, conductivity system, water supply modulating system, control cabinet with PLC, etc. Rock wool insulation, as well as a cover in stainless steel sheet, cover our boilers, in order to limit heat loss.
